CSW Black Belt, Allen Chambers, will focus on teaching the fundamental setups, entries and defenses to the De La Riva Guard (DLR). The De La Riva Guard is seen as the mother of the modern guard, since it has been utilized as the starting point to a number of new guard developments that have occurred in the sport of BJJ since its launch. Instruction will include the core principles of DLR as well as a Catch Wrestling approach to defending and attacking this style of open guard.

 
About Allen Chambers
For nearly two decades Allen has been involved in a wide variety of martial arts, self-defense, military combatives, defensive tactics and functional fitness training. In that time, Allen has obtained black belts and instructor rank in more than a dozen disciplines. He is the co-owner of Philly Self Defense / 36 Chambers Vale Tudo in Philadelphia, PA
